1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 1 -2 business days after receiving the payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

 

1.2 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on location and product weight and are displayed at checkout.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on select orders as part of promotional offers.

 

1.3 Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 business days (depending on your location).

  • Express Delivery: 5 business days (available at an additional charge).

  • Delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

 

1.4 International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 

1.5 Delivery Issues

  • If the package is lost in transit, we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier service.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local courier office before contacting us.

 

2. Return & Refund Policy

 

2.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

 

Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or not as described, you can return it free of charge.

  • Mandatory Condition: You must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This video will serve as proof that the product was delivered in a defective or damaged condition.

 

Quality Issues:

  • If the product quality is not as expected, you may return it without any questions asked, but an unboxing video is required for verification.

 

Wrong Product or Size Delivered:

  • If you receive an incorrect product or a size different from what you selected, you can return it free of cost.

 

2.2 Non-Returnable Cases

  • If the size does not fit you, but the correct size was delivered as per your selection, returns will not be accepted.

  • Returns will not be accepted if you change your mind after purchasing a product and there is no defect or issue with the item.

  • If the product is delivered as described but you still wish to return it, the return will be accepted, but you must pay both-way shipping charges.

  • Garment patterns and customized products are non-returnable.

 

2.3 Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • If the return is rejected (due to missing proof or damage caused after delivery), no refund will be issued.

 

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the wrong product or size was delivered.

  • If the exchange is approved, we will ship the correct product after receiving the original item.

  • Exchanges for different colors, styles, or personal preference are not allowed.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • If canceled within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
