    You can place an order by browsing our website, selecting your desired products, adding them to your cart, and proceeding to checkout. Payments are processed securely through

    Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days. Express Delivery: 5 business days (available at an extra charge).
  • 3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
    If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please record a clear unboxing video as proof and contact us immediately. We will arrange a return and replacement free of charge.
  • 4. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
    If the product has quality issues, you can return it without any questions asked. If you simply changed your mind, returns will only be accepted if you cover both-way shipping charges. Garment patterns and customized items are non-returnable.
  • 5. What happens if I receive the wrong size?
    If we sent the wrong size, we will arrange a free return and replacement. If the correct size was delivered but does not fit, returns will not be accepted. Please check size charts before purchasing.
  • 6. How do I request a refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your returned product, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original payment method.
  • 7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processed, cancellation is not possible.
  • 8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    Currently, we do not offer COD. Payments are securely processed through.
